THIS IS NOT A NEW MOTORHOME BUT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION! This RV is being sold in Houston, Texas. All Bedding is included with the RV. Silk Flowers, Plants and decorations are not included. You will get a starter kit which includes, sewer hose, water hose, toilet paper, chemical, 50 (if it is 50 amp) to 30-15amp plug. Our RV's come with bedspread & pillows. If you would like to call me, I can call you back from my cell and walk around the RV and tell you every scratch that is on the RV or anything else I might see about the RV. We buy nice RV's and we are the only RV company on Ebay that do the wood floors (we pull all old carpet completely up), puts warranties (2000 & up)on each RV and checks out every item on the RV.

Peace of mind protection - All our RVS come with a 12/12 warranty with a $500.00 deductible which my cost is $630.00 on this RV.. Covers almost everything on your RV (inside & outside). It can be used anywhere in the USA or Canada. If you desire you can pay the difference (below) and upgrade your warranty.

This RV is NADA Total Low Retail $48,915.00 - ( With options) A low retail unit may have extensive wear and tear. Body part may have dents and blemishes. The buyer can expect to invest in cosmetic and / or mechanical work. This vehicle should be in safe running order. Low retail vehicles usually are not found on dealer lots.

This RV is Total Average Retail $58,950.00 - ( With options) An average retail vehicle should be clean and without glaring defects. Tires and glass should be in good condition. The paint should match and have a good finish. The interior should have wear in relation to the age of the RV. Carpet and seat upholstery should be clean, and all power options should work. The mileage should be within the acceptable range for the model year. An average retail RV on a dealer lot may include a limited warranty or guarantee, and possibly a current safety and/or emission inspection.

We do not sell NEW RV's. We only sell quality Preowned RV's. Problems do occur naturally, but you can be assured at the time of delivery, your RV is in working condition as described.

We have described this unit as accurately as possible and have taken numerous pictures for you to see the entire unit for yourself. Please remember that this is a used unit although we believe it is in good condition and ready to drive out, it is still considered used.

We will pick you up at the airport and spend as much time as you need so that you feel comfortable with your RV. If you are a first timer to RVing you can come spend the night free and get comfortable with your RV before leaving. We live out here and we have 11 individual RV hook ups so you are welcome to stay. We even have a car for you to use while you are here so that you can go to Walmart or Target (seems everyone wants to hit one or the other before leaving). We also have wireless internet for your use in your RV.

We will be glad to store the RV for you, so you can pick it up at your convenience. We can also arrange delivery for you straight to your front door. You pay the driver for the gas upon delivery.

If you would like to have this inspected you can go to RVSurvey (just click on) or call @ 281-773-9726. Let them be your eyes. There fee for this inspection is $300.00. Plus $40.00 trip charge. We have no affiliation with RV survey.
