I tell people all the time, that if you don't like the colors we can reupholster the sofa. We have reupholstered valances, dinette cushions, dinette chairs & sofas many times.

If you see an RV that has a dinette w/ chairs and you need more sleeping space we can always replace with booths or vice versa (we do it all the time)!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT A NEW MOTORHOME BUT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION! This RV is being sold in Houston, Texas. All Bedding is included with the RV. Silk flowers, plants and decorations are not included. If you would like to call me, I can call you back from my cell and walk around the RV and tell you every scratch that is on the RV or anything else I might see about the RV. We buy nice RV's and we are the only RV company on internet that does the wood floors (we pull all old carpet completely up).

We have described this unit as accurately as possible and have taken numerous pictures for you to see the entire unit for yourself. Please remember that this is a used unit although we believe it is in good condition and ready to drive out, it is still considered used.

We will pick you up at the airport (IAH) and spend as much time as you need so that you feel comfortable with your RV. If you are a first timer to RVing you can come spend 1 night and get comfortable with your RV, before leaving. We live out here and we have 11 individual RV hook ups so you are welcome to stay. We even have a car for you to use while you are here so that you can go shopping for your new RV. We also have wireless internet for your use in your RV.

Ask us about storing your purchased RV. If you would like us to deliver you RV please discuss this at time of purchase.

If you would like to have this inspected please give us a call and we can give you the telephone number to a couple of Inspectors. We have no affiliation with RV survey.

We require a deposit of $2,500.00, which is applied to the purchase of the RV and that the balance is paid in full within 10 business days.  This gives ample time to have financing completed. 

Once the deposit is received, the unit is taken off all advertising avenues and is no longer for sale.  We begin our check list and initiate any repairs the unit may need, along with specific changes or modifications asked by the purchasing customer. 

Once the full amount is received, if we are adding tires or if the customer requests specific tires to be put on, we will do so at that point.  Should the customer decide that for any reason, they will not complete the purchase of the unit; the deposit is non-refundable.  

A typical sale from the time the deposit is received to the date the customer takes possession is on average 2 - 3 weeks.
